Phase II (Second Offender) Program

The Phase II is a seven day residential program conducted at Amethyst House in Epping. The fee, set by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services and cited in the New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules (He-A 900), is $1550.00 although Amethyst Foundation offers clients the reduced fee option of paying $1240.00. $200.00 is required to make a reservation for a specific Phase II program. The remaining balance of $1040.00 is due on the Friday that the person arrives. Phase II begins Friday at 2:00 p.m. and ends the following Friday at 2:00 p.m. Interviews are done on the Friday on which the program ends. Clients must remain at the facility for the entire week.

Intake Interview
One (1) hour Intake Interviews are required for enrollment in all programs. The interview consists of an oral interview and the completion of diagnostic instruments.

Assessment Interview
One (1) hour Assessment Interviews are required for all clients with New Hampshire convictions or for New Hampshire drivers who have a conviction for DWI that is listed on their New Hampshire driving records. These interviews are conducted by a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). Individual assessments and treatment plans (when required by He-A 700) are formulated. Here is a link to the

Certified Motor Vehicle Record
