Impaired Driver Intervention and
Phase II Program Components

There are four Impaired Driver Intervention (W/IDIP) and Phase II Program components mandated in the New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules He-A 700 for clients who have DWI convictions on their New Hampshire driving records. Please note that component #4 does not apply to those who do not have convictions recorded by the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles.
