Impaired Driver Intervention
Programs: IDIP
Courses are offered in several locations throughout
New Hampshire. The fee for the IDIP, set by the New Hampshire
Department of Health and Human Services and cited in the New Hampshire
Code of Administrative Rules (He-A 700), is $460.00. Out-of-State
license holders with Out-of-State convictions are charged $450.00.
A deposit of $50.00 is required to enroll. The balance is due by
the end of the IDIP.
The balance ($410.00 or $400.00) is due by the last session of the IDIP. The program, which is twenty-two hours in duration, consists of he following components:
1. intake interview (one hour);
2. program sessions (twenty hours);
3. assessment interview/report (one hour)
Claremont
Six (6) sessions held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:45
to 9:00 p.m. or *three (3) sessions, two on Saturday and Sunday,
from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and one the following Saturday from
8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (twenty classroom hours).
Epping
Six (6) sessions held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:45
to 9:00 p.m. for three (3) consecutive weeks (twenty classroom
hours).
Hanover / Lebanon
Six (6) sessions held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:45
to 9:00 p.m. or *three (3) sessions, two on Saturday and Sunday,
from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and one the following Saturday from
8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (twenty classroom hours).
Portsmouth
Six (6) sessions held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:45
to 9:00 p.m. for three (3) consecutive weeks (twenty classroom
hours).
Salem
Six (6) sessions held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00
to 9:00 p.m. or *three (3) sessions on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.
to 3:30 p.m. for three (3) consecutive weeks (eighteen classroom
hours).
